These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flash, operated by ANYSOCIAL GROUP PTE.LTD. By creating an account or using Flash, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Flash. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or conduct that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
- Harasses, threatens, or harms others
- Is spam, fraudulent, or impersonates another person
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Involves Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — see our Community Guidelines & Child Safety Standards
Child Safety
Flash explicitly prohibits CSAE and CSAM. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities. Full details are in our Community Guidelines & Child Safety Standards.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate Flash. Posts may expire automatically (e.g., after 24 hours) as described in the app.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, including CSAE/CSAM violations, with or without notice where permitted by law.
Disclaimer
Flash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANYSOCIAL GROUP PTE.LTD. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
