We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating Flash, when required by law, or to protect users — including reporting confirmed CSAM to NCMEC or authorities as legally required.
Data Retention
Posts may be automatically deleted after their expiration period (e.g., 24 hours). Account data is retained while your account is active and as needed for legal compliance.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Contact support@flash.me. You may delete your account in Flash Settings.
Children
Flash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact child-safety@flash.me.
