Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Flash has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We explicitly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors, including but not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, or computer-generated imagery depicting minors in sexual contexts
• Grooming, sextortion, or sexual solicitation targeting minors
• Sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors
• Content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise exploits children
• Attempts to use Flash to contact minors for sexual purposes

Enforcement

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Flash, we will:

• Immediately remove the violating content
• Permanently suspend or terminate the responsible account(s)
• Preserve evidence as required by applicable law
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these standards, please report it immediately:

• In the Flash app: Open a user's profile → tap the menu → Report User. Select "Child Safety Concern" or the most relevant reason.
• Settings: Go to Settings → Help for support resources.
• Email: Contact us at child-safety@flash.me or support@flash.me.

Compliance with Child Safety Laws

We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain procedures to review reports, remove CSAM upon confirmation, and report confirmed cases to NCMEC or the appropriate regional authority.
