Report a User or Content
You can report violations directly in the Flash app:
- Open the user's profile you wish to report
- Tap the menu (⋯) and select Report User
- Choose the reason that best describes the issue (including Child Safety Concern for CSAE/CSAM-related reports)
- Submit your report — our team will review and take appropriate action
Block a User
From a user's profile menu, select Block to prevent them from interacting with you. Manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked Users.
Child Safety
If you encounter content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately in-app and contact child-safety@flash.me. See our Community Guidelines & Child Safety Standards for full details.

Delete Your Account
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the Flash app to permanently remove your account and associated data.
